Her professional journey began in the realm of compliance at a prominent insurance company, where she honed her analytical skills and developed a keen eye for detail.

Eager to expand her expertise and impact, she transitioned into Human Resources, specializing in Recruiting. This role has allowed Elle to leverage her interpersonal skills and strategic thinking to attract and retain top talent, driving the success of the organizations she has worked with.

Outside of her professional life, she finds joy in spending time with her Mini Goldendoodle, Remy and exploring the great outdoors. Whether it's a brisk walk in the park or a weekend adventure, she cherishes these moments of connection with nature and the simple pleasures they bring.
